Cushman Eagle Vanguard Conversion Kit!

Our Cushman Eagle Vanguard Conversion Kit includes all the following parts (Fits Cast Iron Eagle - models 1958 and up):

• Jackshaft
• Magnum 44 Clutch
• 40 driven unit
• 203792 Comet belt
• Air filter for either a one barrel carb (14,16,18) or a 2 barrel carb (20,21,23)
• Battery box made of polished stainless steel
• Open style clutch guard made of polished stainless steel
• Chain guard made of polished stainless steel
• Exhaust pipes (Low pipes as shown on our exhaust page, non coated)

This kit is designed to make your Cushman Eagle Vanguard conversion as easy as possible. In most cases only 3 holes are drilled in the existing frame cross members. One hole is drilled for the chain guard and one for the belt guard. Jackshaft and engine mounting available upon request.
